The Skyforge EU/NA servers will be taken offline Wednesday, November 15th at 1:00am PST for weekly maintenance.

Please find specific details pertaining to the maintenance below:

Purpose

The purpose of taking the servers offline is to perform weekly maintenance, fixes and localization tweaks.

Patch Notes

Important

  • To make purchasing even more convenient, we’ve added a new feature. If you do not have enough of a currency (Argents, Credits, Stimulants, Victor’s Medals, Knowledge of Enemies), the interface will help you and direct you to purchase the missing currencies.
  • Optimized the effect of support auras.

Duration

Approx. ~4 hours

Affected Users

During the maintenance, the Skyforge servers will be inaccessible to all players.

I wish that purchasing would actually work properly (alongside some better Support for customers) instead of making it more convenient.  Convenience doesn't matter if the payment doesn't work at all and the items are not received near-instantly like every single other game on the market.

I would hope MyCom wants our money, don't they?

Telling people 'sorry go ask Steam for a refund' and claiming the purchase 'never reached them' while not bothering to provide actual customer service is really disappointing.

They say "never received payment" but still took money from the payment method used.  Seems sketchy to me.
