Known Issues - Vision & Signet of Rage

Dear Community,

We'd just like to let you know that the Rage Vision / Rage Signet are currently being slapped with a fix-hammer and thus will not be reintroduced into the market until the items are back in tip-top shape.

During this process, players who purchased the items (and still have the ring or vision in their inventory) shall be compensated with 150 fluids tomorrow, no ticket required. Bear in mind that we'll be deleting the item(s) from your inventory as part of the compensation process.

Bloodied signet description is also wrong, its 0.2% (the correct value) of your Stamina gained as Strength per 1% health lost.

Shimmering signet's shields are also not working for support classes. However it does work for paladin.

Don't forget Patience Market item says x4 crushing blow, whereas the ring says 4x base damage (and actual effect is x4 base damage).

Shimmering signet works for LB, although it uses impulse charge also when casting Halo (and not giving any shield with that).

Strangely, values are twice as weak as they were described at 1st Legendary Ring announcement:

Properties: Your shields applied to allies consume an energy charge and add your impulse damage score to the shield’s durability. Impulse damage dealt by you creates a shield around you that has half of that damage."

Interesting, when I tried with LB, it did not consume my impulse nor did it add an extra shield. I ill try again.

Try casting Unstable Shield on somebody... should work.

I still don't know though why the primary desription was "full impulse dmg when u put shield on sb and half when u hit" and current one is "half impulse dmg when u put shield on sb and quater when u hit". 

Any explanation would be welcome:)

I have stumbled accross this issue too. Please fix this for supports :) The discharge recovery/spirit is nice but I'm in the same boat as Sky.

It doesn't. I have checked. There is no shield applied to you besides from the Impulse charge symbol and the damage resistance is normal both with the ring and without.

I had the same issue. You were originally correct. Shimmering Signet does not work as intended.

So crushing blow damage is increased by 4x or your stat "base damage" is increased 4x?

No. It's 4x base dmg. 

This has been corrected with this patch.  The ring desc has changed to x4 crushing blow, and accurately does so.

😥what is up with the legendary guardian?    Got 1 ring a few weeks ago, now trying to get second ring, and once I dps him down to about 11 bars I can do no more damage at all?   (whether or not he has the ticking yellow ?shield bar below his main health bars, he is taking no further damage) .  Is this thing bugged now?
